Anything With Wheels

Probably all you moms with boys can relate, all Caleb does all day long is make his vehicles go up and down the entry way.  He doesn't seem to ever get tired of it.  In fact, he was too focused to even look and smile.  I sure do love my silly boy!

Why the Face Elyse?

I realized today that I forgot to do a post on why Elyse had such a surprise face in the pool.  Well the reason for the face is because Nate found a frog in the backyard and put it in the pool.  Elyse was hesitant at first, but then thought it was a lot of fun to swim with a frog.  There are no pictures of Caleb with the frog and that's because Caleb wanted to have NOTHING to do with it.  Elyse will most likely never have such a memorable and fun swimming experience in her pool as last Sunday.

Doctor said he is 100% healthy and growing perfectly; but we already knew that as our little boy is not so little :)

Memorial Weekend

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect weekend.  Nate had today off too, so four beautiful days with the four people I love more than anything.  The weekend was devoted to fun family activities, getting projects done, relaxing and creating lasting memories.  Overall, I believe we succeed in doing just that.

Spent the rainy Saturday at Mall of America

Spent the beautiful Monday at Como Zoo and Como Park



Spent everyday improving the home; like staining the vent that has needed to be done for two years, putting in laundry room cabinets and painting miscellaneous things

Coordinating

I maybe bias, but I believe my three children looked the best dressed today at church in their fun, summer, coordinating outfits.

Surprise Visitor

Thursday night and last night we had a very special visitor in our yard.  The kids love seeing the (very skinny) deer and are hopeful that she decides to make a nightly visit.

Robot Kids
