Tarzan

This year, Legacy's musical was Disney's hit, Tarzan.  Both Elyse and Kallen tried out and made it.  Unfortunately due to volleyball's commitment, Elyse had to drop out of the musical.  Kallen stayed in it for the long run since he loved it, and was cast as Young Tarzan during the last weekend of shows.  Director, Mr. Wagner decided to cast two Young Tarzans and two Young Terks so that the 6th graders wouldn't get tired or if they got sick would have a backup.  It was great because Kallen was able to play an ape for one weekend and the lead role the next.  I'm not saying this as his mom, the kid really outshined!  He was beyond fabulous and I truly believe he found his nitch for theater.  So proud of him!
