Iowa Visit Part 2
As I stated in the previous post, Nate, the kiddos and I spent majority of our time with Nate's family. The reason it did not involve the entire time, was because we spent a few hours traveling north to Burlington, IA to spend time with one of my best friends and one of the most amazing woman I know, Mrs. Joni (Stauffer) Bowman. Not only did I get to see Joni and her home, but I got to hold her precious daughter, Jemma again. It was really quick but so great to visit in person. I love her so much and hope it doesn't take another six months till I get to see her again.

Iowa Visit Part 1
We all headed down to Iowa last Tuesday and were there until yesterday. All but a few hours were spent with Nate's family. His brother's family came up too to visit. The kids had a wonderful time playing and it was so much fun watching them spend time together. It was also really special for Grandpa and Grandma to have all four at one time. We spent the week, going to the local water park, go-carting, celebrating Thanksgiving, shopping, seeing Nate's entire extended family and lots of playing. Just a few pictures from our week, sadly we were having so much fun that we did not take too many.
A special thank you to Mike and Kathy for hosting us for the week and making it a memorable Thanksgiving holiday.

Caleb is 11 Months Old
Caleb turns eleven months today and I just can't believe it. Our baby will be a year in one month, so bittersweet. He is growing up so fast and changing everyday. I can't believe how active he has become within the last few weeks, and I am so excited to see what month eleven has in store for him. Overall, we are overjoyed to celebrate Caleb being eleven months old today.
Caleb, we love you so much and hope you have a wonderful last month being a baby before you officially become a toddler.

Klauser Clips
Today, Nate and I spent the morning seeing lots of hair fall to the ground. That's because not only did I give Nate his monthly haircut, but this time Elyse and Caleb participated. We cut a good inch off Elyse's, just to even it out and trim the bangs. We cut a ton off Caleb's head. Both Nate and the kiddos did great getting their haircuts and I know the last picture doesn't show the final results very well (nor did Caleb want to get his picture taken) but I was happy to see three successful haircuts today!

Prefers His Two Feet
Caleb has spent the last few months army crawling. As of now, he has no interest what so ever in crawling on his knees. He does love to climb the stairs and pull himself up onto things. Although, his favorite thing to do by far right now is use his two feet. As of yesterday, he spends his day doing this, pulling himself up onto his walker and cruising the room. Only thing we need to work on now is learning how to turn it, because it makes it a long activity for me. Very proud of him and hope he gets the confidence he needs to start standing and walking on his own.

The Outnumbered Gender
So it is official, Elyse and I are outnumbered. Our third blessing is a BOY!!! Either way we were going to be excited, but knowing that Caleb and baby boy are only 15 months apart will be so nice and fun for them.
Everything at the ultrasound went great. Elyse and Caleb even got to be apart of it. It was such a memorable and fun morning. Baby boy had a super strong heartbeat and 100% healthy looking, so thank you for your prayers. He did not move hardly at all, but as you can see from the ultrasound picture, his legs are over his head, he does not have much room to move, sorry bud. Overall, I just am feeling super thankful and blessed!

Half Way Already
This week we are half way already, that's right, we are in our 20th week and going strong. I can not believe how fast the last 20 weeks have gone though. Recently, I have had many people ask for updates and belly pictures. Therefore, I thought it was appropriate now at 20 weeks to share. Hopefully this post will fulfill your requests.
I feel very blessed to say that this pregnancy has been very smooth and pretty easy. Besides a few days of feeling really tired and intense ligament stretching I have had no major side effects like cravings, vomiting or nausea.
Since we are 20 weeks, we do have our ultrasound this Friday that will hopefully show boy or girl as long as he or she cooperates. We will share this exciting news with you all sometime that day. We do ask that you please pray that the ultrasound goes well and baby is healthy.
Thank you for all those who have been praying for us regarding this pregnancy. We are excited and can't wait to meet our third blessing in March. Now onto the most asked thing, here are my (not so good) 12, 16 and 20 week belly shots.
