Beauty and the Beast

 Kallen has lived at school for the past two weekends because he participated in Legacy's musical, Disney's Beauty and the Beast.  His role this year was smaller, thanks to soccer, but needless to say, he did great!  He really does love performing and shines on the stage.  His role this year was the shepherd and a wolf.  

Super blessed to have Grandpa, Grandma, and Nana be able to see him perform.

Elyse's Sweet 16

Today, Elyse turned sixteen!  I can't believe it; it feels so soon to celebrate her sweet sixteen.  She is growing up so fast.   She really has become a best friend of mine, and I'm in awe of how much she is growing in her faith and love for Christ.  She really is going to do big things for Him.  

Celebrating today was difficult as it was a crazy Sunday. We attended church, opened presents, and did other things already on the monthly calendar. Thankfully, we decided to skip our Sunday movie, so we went out to eat to really celebrate her a little.
