Madeline's First Day of Preschool

Today was officially Madeline's first day as a Legacy Lion and she couldn't be more excited!  Her teacher is Mrs. Anderson and I couldn't be more excited, love having friends as my kiddos' teachers.  She knew exactly where to go and what to do.  If the year continues to go as good as her stories and smile were at pick up, then it's going to be a great year!

Madeline Lost First Tooth

This morning right after breakfast, Madeline had dad pull out her first tooth.  It was so loose it pretty much fell out.  Now that she knows the pain, I'm pretty positive many are going to follow suit real fast.

Celebrate Dad's 40th Birthday!

Today marked 40 years for dad.  The kids wanted to make sure he had fun on his day, so we let him do whatever he wanted.  The day consisted of going to church, shopping Costco, opening some birthday presents, eating cake, going sledding, and ended with pizza and a movie.  Dad said he had a great day and is excited to see what new things take place in his forties.

Last night we invited some friends of ours for a night of laughter and nonstop fun!  We treated everyone to a fun hour of playing Whirleyball and then a nice kid-free dinner at Granite City.  

In the last 24 hours, it has been evident that not only do I love him so much, but I also love celebrating him!
