Happy Halloween

This year may have been one of my favorite Halloween's ever.  Not only did I love the kiddos costumes, but we did a few new things and had a lot of fun.  We found out our neighborhood Chick Fil-A was giving out free kid meals if dressed up in costume. So we ate a yummy dinner, and then came home to bundle up to hit our neighbor's houses for some yummy treats with perfect temps.

Grandpa and Grandma Visit

This past weekend Grandpa and Grandma came up to not only visit but participate in Legacy's Annual Grandparent/Special Person's Day. All four were so excited because they each got to perform for Grandpa and Grandma, as well as introduce them to their teacher and show them around their classrooms.  Grandma and Caleb even played "Lets Make a Deal" where they won a Buffalo Wild Wings gift card and new fun family game.  Nana was unable to attend this year, so I got the opportunity to be Elyse's and Ian's special person.

While Grandpa and Grandma were here we also did other fun things; like going to Chuck E Cheese, eating out, attending Elyse's basketball practice, took Grace for walks, played games and laughed a lot.  Thanks for coming Grandpa and Grandma, loved having you here!

MOA Fun Day

Today Nate and I decided to have a fun day with the kids at Mall of America. We had a great time; we did a little shopping, ate some yummy treats, and of course hit up Lego Land and Nickelodeon Universe.  Ian by far had the best day as he played in the new Paw Patrol-Adventure Bay and was tall enough to finally ride the large roller coaster with the rest of us.
