Kindergarten Carolers
Today I got the opportunity to help chaperone Kallen and the rest of his class' little outing to a senior living center right near school. We all bundled up and walked about a mile to visit the elderly there. The kids sang Christmas carols, shared some Christmas bible verses, and handed out homemade cards with candy canes. It was super adorable and I am so glad I got to share in this memory with him.

Advent Day 16
Celebrate Caleb's Birthday
Today was packed full of birthday celebrations. Our Advent activity was our family's celebration of Caleb. Well thanks to afternoon and evening parties for both Caleb and Ian, we celebrated him as a family this morning over breakfast instead of our usual dinner. He got the red "Special Plate" with his choice of food, crepes and opened his gifts. It made our morning enjoyable to see him smile so much.

Caleb Turns 7 Years Old
Today Caleb turns 7! I still probably treat him like he is 4, but he is quickly growing up before our eyes to become one sympathetic and active little boy who we love.
Currently Caleb loves anything to do with being outside, Ninjago Lego Ninjas, playing with friends, swimming, art, and Minions.

Advent Day 15
Celebrate Ian's Birthday
Today was not Ian's birthday party, but we used his birthday as an Advent activity anyways; because it involved family time, gifts, and of course, eating cupcakes. The kiddos love any birthday celebration, and who doesn't?!

Ian Turns 4 Years Old
Today marks a big day in our home, Ian turns 4! The house is officially full of big kids. I am so grateful for the gift of Ian, and watching him grow up loving God with all his heart.
Ian is completely interested in anything to do with art, sorting, puzzles, organizing, rainbows, playing with friends, talking, Awana Cubbies, school, and cuddling with his Mama :)
